Are all your parts new or used?
All parts we sell are brand new genuine Acer parts.  We do not sell used or refurbished parts.

How long will delivery take?
For UK/Ireland orders it takes approximately 2 working days for delivery subject to us having local stock.  If we are out of stock of your item it will be ordered with Acer immediately and you will be notified by email.  For international orders delivery can take 7-10 working days.

I ordered the wrong part, what do i do?
Please call us as soon as possible to arrange to have the part sent back to us.  We will source the correct part for you if required.

Can you quote via email?
Unfortunately due to very high level of emails we receive we cannot quote for spares via email.  Furthermore, due to the complexity of some parts we can always narrow down the part you require with a quick phone call.

What will it say on my credit/debit card statement?
All payments will be shown on your credit card as "ER-Media LTD"

I placed my order but no payment has been processed on my card?
We do not process credit/debit cards instantly on our website, we only process your card once the order is being packaged and ready to leave our warehouse
